OFF Sonar All Grown Up
Off Sonar sees the return of parties which by now are established as the go-to events during the city's jam packed week. It's a mix from all over: The likes of FRRC, Art of Dark, O300F, Eklo and so on, each showcasing their sound to an international audience while finding it a pretty good excuse to meet up and party under the sun. And of course we have the accommodating locals Loud-Contact and Checkpoint leading the way and Mistress's post-sonar Wednesday.New concepts have also been born this year: Full OFF Love by Cartulis & Melliflow whilst Melisma & Cure Music become Melcure, and Toi Toi Musik links up with pals at fabric. Long Summer days lead to rooftop and pool parties as well as other exciting activities: in-store at NUT records and Checkpoint's art and record fair weekend. Perhaps not as busy as last year but there's no question about your stamina for the week (for the beach, bar hopping & city sights in between too). Something different to balance out the madness with non-dancefloor music provided by artists such as Rubi ツ & Riccardo: "Ik Onkar is a special gathering to tune in and ground our energy to the frequency of the Earth... Yoga, sound therapy, breathwork, sound performance, visuals and creative workshops".

A new one on the block & the beginning of a new project: Melisma and Cure Music launch their new label and Felipe Valenzuela, Dani Casarano & Momo Trosman are representing. They invite Jan Krueger, Junki Inoue and Omar.
